Adult Classes

Lunchtime parkour, anyone? This Adults class is perfect for squeezing in some movement during your workday. Because why settle for a boring lunch break when you can vault, roll, and leap your way to fun and exercise? -

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavy things—it’s about moving better, feeling more capable, and handling whatever life throws at you with confidence.
In Be Strong to Be Capable, we focus on functional strength and dynamic movement—training your body to perform real-world tasks with power, efficiency, and resilience. Whether you're lifting groceries, chasing after a bus, or just moving through your day with ease, this class will help you build the strength, mobility, and coordination to do it all with confidence.
What to Expect:
Strength Training with Purpose: No mindless reps—every exercise is designed to translate into real-world capability.
Locomotion Skills: Learn to move fluidly, whether crawling, climbing, carrying, or balancing.
Injury Resilience: Build durable joints and stable movement patterns to prevent strain and stay active long-term.
Progressive Challenges: From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone works at their own level while steadily improving.

Mondays 10am (Kennedy Town):
Build the strength to rise above any obstacle.
Life and leadership require resilience—and this class delivers. Combining fall prevention, functional fitness, and parkour-inspired techniques, you’ll develop the physical and mental fortitude to face challenges head-on. Ideal for those who want to age gracefully, stay agile, and lead with confidence.
Teens Classes (13+)

Fridays 5pm (Kennedy Town):
Parkour Foundations: Teens is a dynamic class designed for ages 13 and up, blending foundational movement skills with progressive parkour training. Students will begin by mastering core elements like balance, coordination, jumping, and landing, followed by skill-related fitness conditioning to build strength, agility, and control. For those who have mastered the fundamentals, the class progresses to sport-specific parkour practice, including speed runs, skills challenges, and creative style development. Whether you’re new to parkour or ready to take your movement skills to the next level, this class provides a supportive environment to grow, challenge yourself, and refine your technique!
Kids Classes (7-12)

Thursdays 4:30pm (Sai Wan Ho):
This class is an energetic and exciting parkour class for kids ages 9-12, designed to build on fundamental movement skills like jumping, climbing, landing, balancing, and coordination. In addition to these core skills, this class introduces skill-related fitness conditioning to help kids develop strength, agility, and control in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment. Kids will explore movement challenges that encourage creativity, confidence, and resilience while learning how to move safely and efficiently. -
Saturdays 2pm (Kennedy Town):
(Fun)damentals of Movement is a playful and engaging parkour class designed for kids ages 7-9. This class focuses on developing essential movement skills like jumping, climbing, balancing, and coordination—building a strong foundation for future movement training. Through fun and light-hearted activities, kids will explore movement in a non-competitive, low-pressure environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and a love for staying active. Perfect for beginners, this class is all about having fun while learning to move with confidence and control!

*Booking Policy*
Things come up, people get sick, life happens. If for some reason you should need to cancel a booked session, first message me through WhatsApp (+852 6712 0391) as it is the fastest, then also you must email me immediately at erobertsparkour@gmail.com. This ensures we both have a written record of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION
Class reservations may be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the start time of class without incurring penalty.
If the booking is cancelled under 4 hours before the start time of the class, or if the student is a no-show, the full class price will be charged as usual.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be given for class sessions that have already been attended. Refunds for pre-paid class credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are injured or affected with an illness, relocating away from Hong Kong, or incur any permanent situation affecting your pre-paid classes, please notify me immediately.
For injuries or illnesses, please speak to me directly so we can decide the best course of action together. What matters most is your wellness!
WEATHER
Depending on the intensity of the weather, class may or may not be affected. For minor weather warnings from Amber Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal no. 1 to Signal no. 3, classes will generally continue. Sometimes the location of the class will be changed under such circumstances.
For Red Rainstorm, Black Rainstorm, and Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above, all classes will be cancelled.
If classes are cancelled due to adverse weather, there will be no charges.
